Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

Goods once dispatched will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a Manufacturing/binding defect.

You may cancel your order before dispatch by clicking on the Return button from Order History --> order Information from your login account

or you can email us at sales@rajindrabook.com

Refunds:

We will process the online payment refund only if the cancellation has been done before dispatch. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:

1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will be reflected in the next statement.

2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.

3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers, a refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.
